Paul Simpson — Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Paul Simpson co-founded Alaska Legacy Partners in 2017 and serves as Managing Partner, helping lead the firm's strategic direction, investment decisions, and execution across its portfolio. He brings an entrepreneurial perspective to investment strategy, transaction structuring, platform development, and long-term value creation.

Before founding ALP, Paul built his career as an entrepreneur, investor, and company builder, founding four companies and completing three successful exits. Today, he combines entrepreneurial judgment with institutional investment discipline.

Garrett Schoenberger — Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Garrett Schoenberger co-founded Alaska Legacy Partners in 2017 and serves as Managing Partner, leading the firm's investment strategy, acquisitions, and capital allocation. Since its founding, ALP has assembled a diversified commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $90 million.

Garrett brings more than twenty years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, acquisitions, asset management, and private equity investing. He has participated in more than $300 million of commercial real estate transactions.

Mallorie Fagerstrom, CPA — Controller

Mallorie is a Certified Public Accountant who brings deep financial reporting and compliance expertise to Alaska Legacy Partners, where she oversees the firm's accounting, reporting, and compliance functions. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA.
